This privacy policy applies to the antigenplus.com website and the services that Antigen Plus provides through its billing system, customer support email, and email newsletters. It does not apply to third-party websites or services linked to or used by Rowny Systems, Inc.

Billing information
If you purchase software licenses, your billing name and address are recorded in our Quickbooks Online account as part of your order. If you pay by credit card, your credit card number, expiration date, and CVV2 number are not stored on their server.
Credit card processing services are provided by Quickbooks who may record transaction information such as the expiration date and last four digits of your credit card number.

Email addresses
Rowny Systems, Inc. does not buy, sell or trade email lists or addresses. We do store the email addresses of customers who purchase software licenses through our online accounting system, who contact our email support system, who contact us for consulting services, or who sign up for our email newsletters. You may request to be removed from our mailing lists at any time by contacting customerservice@antigenplus.com
Data storage in the Cloud
Antigen Plus is a fat client application that is installed and runs on your work station or application server. If you choose the option of storing its data in Microsoft Azure, all PHI is encrypted by the application before it is sent to the Cloud and only those holding the private key can decrypt the data. Rowny Systems never knows nor is it able to determine your key nor is it able decrypt the data stored on Azure.
